I took the photo that inspired this painting (see last image) at Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument in New Mexico (read about my day at Gila on my blog). The monument is located in a gorgeous remote setting in Gila National Forest.

This original painting measures 5" x 5", and is made using gouache paint on acid free, cold press heavyweight watercolor paper. It is sold in a white mat that brings the overall size of the piece to 8x8”.
