About the scene: As I gaze at the scenery around me in Southern California, I imagine what it was like here when there were no people… or if there were no people here once again. While the landscape has been changed forever by the humans who call it home, nature’s unceasing desire to take back its landscape remains a real and powerful force. This painting is a fantasy rendering of what that repossession might look like, featuring an iconic Southern California vehicle. I referenced photos I have taken around Orange County, including Crystal Cove State Park, San Clemente, the Newport Back Bay, and Santiago Oaks Regional Park in Orange when creating this scene.

Card measures 4.25x5.5" and is blank on the inside, ready for your own personal message. It has the above information about the painting printed on the back. The card has been professionally printed on high-quality 80 lb. art paper with a subtle texture similar to cold-pressed watercolor paper.
